Unfortunately only company staff are allowed to operate the vehicles. You are welcome to sit behind the wheel and daydream of joy riding with the wind whipping through your hair and the sun warm on your face. Or you can hire us to take you for a spin and experience that in the back seat.

All package pricing includes travel for events within 25 miles of zip code 32503 in Pensacola, FL. Any events beyond 25 miles will incur a travel fee of $2 per mile plus travel time.
We always hope for beautiful convertible weather, but in the event of rain we just put the top up and keep on cruising.
We offer an oversized silver umbrella to get you safely to the vehicle in the event of rain.
A) Act of God Policy:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both the Client and the Service Provider, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or any other “Act of God,” the following policy shall apply:
B) Postponement:
If an “Act of God” prevents the scheduled rental from taking place, the Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a rescheduled date without incurring additional charges. In the event the parties can not agree to a reschedule date Client will receive a refund minus any Service Provider expenses incurred.
CANCELLATIONS, MISSED EVENTS OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS:
Elegant Rides of the Gulf Coast (ERGC) understands that unforeseen events can occur. If a situation were to occur that would necessitate the need for the Client to cancel or reschedule, the Client agrees to promptly communicate any potential issues with ERGC. Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event. To cancel or reschedule service, the client must provide ERGC with written (e-mail) notice of its intent to reschedule, or of cancellation, 90-days prior to the scheduled event. Until written notice of rescheduling or cancellation is received and confirmed by ERGC, the rescheduling or cancellation, shall not be considered finalized and services will continue and Client shall be responsible for paying for said services to be provided by ERGC.

A) LATE CANCELLATION:
Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 45-days prior to the scheduled event. Late cancellations will result in the client’s forfeiture of the $100.00, booking deposit.
B) MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR CANCELLATION WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED RENTAL EVENT:
If Client misses their scheduled rental event without canceling or rescheduling, or Client cancels within seven (7) days of their scheduled rental event, they will be charged the entirety of the services set forth in this agreement.
C) SERVICE PROVIDER CANCELLATION:
If, for any reason, ERGC must cancel your scheduled rental event, ERGC will notify Client as soon as is practicably possible and will work with Client to reschedule or Client will receive a full refund.
D) REFUNDS:
Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
Congratulations! As your planning progresses, here are some things to consider:
🌟 Decorations for the Car: Lighted “Just Married” sign, streamers, artificial keepsake flowers, or any specific requests you may have.
📸 Photo Opportunities: Determine if you’d like the car present for pre or post-ceremony photos, and with whom (couple, groomsmen, bridesmaids, family, etc.).
🅿️ Positioning and Parking: Plan for the car’s location at the venue.
🚪 Grand Exit: Decide who you want to open the car door for your grand exit.
📍 Transportation After Exit: Consider whether you’d like to return to the venue or be taken to your nearby accommodation.
And now, the fun part! Daydream about your grand exit – envision a tunnel of bubbles, sparklers, or running through a crowd of family and friends to the car.
